2023年3月网络安全风险提示

微软公司近日发布了3月安全更新公告,包含了微软家族多个软件的安全更新补丁,包括:Microsoft Outlook、Windows SmartScreen、Internet Control Message Protocol、Windows HTTP.sys等多个CVE安全漏洞补丁。利用上述漏洞,攻击者可以绕过安全功能限制,获取敏感信息,提升权限,执行远程代码,或发起拒绝服务攻击等。我中心提醒全校师生用户尽快下载补丁更新,避免引发漏洞相关的网络安全事件。

根据公告,此次更新中修复的 Internet Control Message Protocol (ICMP)远程代码执行漏洞(CVE-2023-23415)、Windows Cryptographic Services 远程代码执行漏洞(CVE-2023-23416)、HTTP Protocol Stack 远程代码执行漏洞(CVE-2023-23392)、Windows Hyper-V拒绝服务漏洞(CVE-2023-23411)、TPM2.0 Module Library权限提升漏洞(CVE-2023-1017、CVE-2023-1018)、Windows Point-to-Point Tunneling Protocol远程代码执行漏洞(CVE-2023-23404)、Remote Procedure Call Runtime远程代码执行漏洞 (CVE-2023-21708)、Windows图形组特权提升级漏洞(CVE-2023-24861)、 Windows HTTP.sys权限提升漏洞(CVE-2023-23410)、Windows HTTP.sys 权限提升漏洞(CVE-2023-23398)风险较大。其中Microsoft Outlook权限提升漏洞(CVE-2023-23397)、Windows SmartScreen 安全功能绕过漏洞(CVE-2023-24880)存在在野利用,建议尽快安装安全更新补丁或采取临时缓解措施加固系统。

Microsoft Outlook 存在权限提升漏洞,未经身份验证的远程攻击者可以向受害者发送特制的电子邮件,导致受害者连接到攻击者控制的外部 UNC 位置。这会将受害者的 Net-NTLMv2 散列泄露给攻击者,然后攻击者可以将其中继到另一个服务并作为受害者进行身份验证。值得注意的是,电子邮件服务器检索和处理电子邮件时(例如在预览 窗格中查看电子邮件之前)会自动触发漏洞。

(一)Windows 更新:
自动更新:
Microsoft Update 默认启用,当系统检测到可用更新时,将会自动下载更新并在下一次启动时安装。
手动更新:
1、点击“开始菜单”或按Windows快捷键,点击进入“设置”。
2、选择“更新和安全”,进入“Windows 更新”(Windows 8、Windows 8.1、Windows Server 2012以及Windows Server 2012 R2可通过控制面板进入“Windows更新”,具体步骤为“控制面板”->“系统和安全”->“Windows更新”)
3、选择“检查更新”,等待系统将自动检查并下载可用更新。
4、重启计算机,安装更新系统重新启动后,可通过进入“Windows 更新”->“查看更新历史记录”查看是否成功安装了更新。
(二)目前微软针对支持的产品已发布升级补丁修复了上述漏洞,请用户参考官方通告及时下载更新补丁。
